1995-1996: viticulture-enology training at the Lycée d’Amboise with two of our instructors, Thierry Puzelat and Christian Chaussard.
René made his first vinifications in Bossay on Claise en Indre et Loire. Jacky Dallais seduced by wines helps us a lot and it is thanks to him that René goes to work in Burgundy.
1997-1998: Volnay/Pommard. We meet Jacquou Thevenot, François Mikulski, Dominique Derain, Frédéric cossard.
